How it works:
- You fill in the interest form.
- Based on your group size and days of stay, we’ll calculate the cost of the service and inform you about the available payment options. As soon as you pay, we’ll send you a questionnaire that will allow us to know you better according to your needs and wishes.
- We’ll receive your information and start planning your dream getaway!
What the base fee includes:
- The planning of a full Itinerary that ticks all your boxes.
- Accommodation proposals and referrals at each point of the itinerary.
- A tailor-made list of proposed activities, attractions, and entertainment options.
- Listings of trusted local professionals in transfer services (car/van rentals, taxis, etc.).
- Detailed information on where and how you can buy tickets for public transportation, if you plan on using it during your arrival or stay.
- Food and restaurant proposals based on the areas visited.
- Small tips that can help visitors get familiar with everyday life more quickly, i.e. essential information about the area, some basic conversational Greek, etc.
- Telephone or email support from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays.
Not included:
- Flights into/from Greece.
- Purchase and bookings for public transportation tickets (buses, boats, etc.).
- The actual costs for accommodation, vehicle rentals, entertainment, and activities.
- Any third-party fees related to buying services for your itinerary.
- Telephone or email support after 6 PM on weekdays and during the weekends.
AFTER-HOURS AND WEEKEND FEE
Our associates are fully available and reachable to guests by email or telephone during regular office hours (9 AM-6 PM, Monday through Friday).
If you need urgent assistance outside our operating hours and days, a fee of €25 per call applies.
SPECIAL REQUESTS FEE
If you have any special request that doesn’t fall under the scope of this service, such as restaurant reservations, bookings for spa and beauty treatments, event tickets, in-room private chef service, etc., get in touch with us and we will reply within 24 hours. We will be more than happy to discuss the details with the specific service provider and inform you about the relevant costs before making the arrangements.
The amount of our fee depends on the nature of the request.
ACCOMPANYING FEE
Upon arrival in Volos, a team member will meet and greet you in person, warmly welcome you like Thessalians do, and provide helpful information about your stay.
If, however, you would like us to accompany you to your hotel or accommodation and help you check in, an extra fee is applicable.

Cancellation and Refunds
All fees are non-refundable. They are transferable up to a certain degree – depending on seasonal availability.
